Absolutely love my new drapes!
I just received my Pinch Pleat Drapery and they are GORGEOUS! I was a bit nervous ordering custom drapery online, but the process was so simple. Easy to order, looks great
I needed new Roller Shades for my kitchen. Found The Shade Store online, and ordering was super easy. I got some free swatches first, which helped a lot. The shades arrived pretty quickly, maybe a week and a half? They look really good up. No issues at all, definitely happy with them.
Good quality, minor install hiccup
I ordered some Blackout Roman Shades for my bedroom during their Memorial Day sale. The quality of the fabric and construction was very good, and they definitely block out the light as promised. Shipping took about 10 days to reach me in California, which was within their stated timeframe. My only real complaint is that one of the brackets was slightly bent when it arrived, making installation a bit more fiddly than it should have been. I managed to fix it, but it added some frustration. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the final look, but that small detail could be improved.
Consistently good quality shades
This was my third time ordering from The Shade Store, and they didn't disappoint. I got some Light Filtering Cellular Shades for the living room this time, and previously ordered Woven Wood Shades for the dining room and some Drapery for the master bedroom. Each order has been consistent in terms of quality and timely delivery. Their customer service is responsive if you have questions about measuring, which I did for the cellular shades. The prices aren't the cheapest, but the durability and custom fit are worth it for me. I've never had a major problem with any of my orders, and these cellular shades are just as well-made as the others. Will likely return when I tackle the guest bedroom next.
